Karl Hyde’s first solo painting exhibition anywhere in the world,

This is Karl Hyde’s first solo painting exhibition anywhere in the world. Karl Hyde is known a member of Underworld and also a member of London-based art and design collective, Tomato. It features about 90 paintings and idea notebooks, as well as videos that reveal his painting process. Live painting performance by Karl Hyde himself will also take place.

DirtyRadio.org has been operating for well into 10yrs now and they do have a unique, hidden tie to the UK based duo of Karl Hyde and Rick Smith; Underworld. As I have witnessed they individually and collectively have used this stream to premiere new tracks and experimental tracks nobody has heard before. Their podcast selection is extremely unlimited in the diversity within this genre of Music.

I am rarely found speechless and obviously that’s the opposite of a Blog. However, in this case truly Art and Influence run beyond the boundaries here – and although cliché; these pictures descriptively speak beyond words. Not to mention the amazing breath of creative genius David Choe exudes and amplifies is real influence. Absolutely brilliant.

Atoms For Peace : Side-Project Becomes Official
After a few, special performances of recent shows, with the marque at premier Los Angeles, Ca. destinations only reading; ?????? Thom Yorke (Radiohead) and bassist Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers) have formed, announced and named an official music group; Atoms For Peace.
The group will also include drummer Joey Waronker (Beck) and percussionist Mauro Refosco. They have been taking the project around to other specific venues trying a host of differing material. The history apparently began as the touring group that would back Yorke in the live performances of his self-debuted album “The Eraser”.
As reported on Rolling Stone a few days ago; “Atoms For Peace kick off their trek with two shows at New York’s Roseland Ballroom and then slowly creep back west; the tour is currently set to wrap with the Coachella performance on April 18th.”

Polymethodology : A Definition + Insight
Polymethodology has been my personal moniker, or alias since before the turn of this Century. It has also been my personal company that provides strategic (re)branding + creative marketing with specific disciplines for a wide group of clientele. It is not as scientific as it appears, however interestingly enough Doctors, Lawyers and Creatives (in that order…) are the ones that decipher it immediately.
So to intrigue and enlighten, the definition from my website;
1. more than usual; excessive; abnormal.
2. the study or theoretical analysis of such working methods; the branch of logic that deals with the general principles of the formation of knowledge; usage problem. means, technique, or procedure.
3. integrated visual communications; brand (re)engineering; photography + experimental mediums; the artistic madness + passion of one man’s existence.
And what I have purposely composed originally is simple and defined as such; The study of several, different, mediums and techniques.
I have been in the Creative Industry for 20yrs now and have been influenced and inspired by a great deal of talented and innovative individuals. The original plan and promise of this Blog is just that; a springboard and portal that encompasses another medium and provides those with inspiration and insight in emerging fields relating to; Art, Culture, Influence, Music + Style.
The plan is to also provide a platform for other tastemakers and professional creatives to Co-Author – providing and delivering with that same integrity. We invite your comments, input and insight as this will be a communal project of exploration.
